Digital products

Nightwoven readings and reports are digital goods delivered instantly. Because they are consumed immediately, they are generally non-refundable once delivered.

Our goodwill guarantee

If your reading did not deliver, was charged in error, or clearly did not match what was described, we offer a 7-day refund. Email eika0224@gmail.com with your order/transaction id and we will review it.

How refunds are processed

Web purchases (Stripe / PayPal): contact support; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe or PayPal.
iOS in-app purchases: these are handled by Apple. Request a refund through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) — we cannot refund Apple purchases directly.
